CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
via Mail and Chat (m/f)

Our client is a professional contact center specialized in Sales and Customer Support Services for leading Croatian and international companies. They provide multichannel inbound and outbound Customer Support (email, chat, phone, social media, direct mailing) as well as multilingual services in Croatian, English, Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, German and Hungarian.

Your responsibilities:

  • consulting and solving customer inquiries via email and chat
  • providing information about products and services
  • building a long-term trust with customers
  • maintaining and improving customer business relations
  • performing administration tasks

Requirements:

  • excellent English (spoken and written B2 / C1)
  • minimum secondary education
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • multitasking and excellent email and chat usage
  • good organization skills
  • proactivity and initiative
  • motivation, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • tendency for teamwork and strong customer orientation
