CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (m/f)

– Zagreb –

Our client is a professional contact center specialized in Sales and Customer Support Services for leading Croatian and international companies. They provide multichannel inbound and outbound Customer Support (email, chat, phone, social media, direct mailing) as well as multilingual services in Croatian, English, Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, German and Hungarian.

Your responsibilities:

  • consulting and solving customer inquiries via email and chat
  • providing information about products and services
  • building a long-term trust with customers
  • performing administration tasks

Requirements:

  • excellent English (spoken and written C1)
  • minimum secondary education
  • strong customer orientation and excellent email and chat usage
  • proactivity, flexibility, tendency for teamwork
